Going for using stores with default Magento Themes may be an good option but some what the need arises in providing special features to a business website in order to attract more visitors and contributing more towards sales and profits to ones business. Like templates these extensions of Magento are also free as well as paid too. The main reason why these extensions are used to get targeted traffic contributing towards conversions.
